5. Atlanta Hawks – Jarrett Culver, G, Texas Tech

After a somewhat unimpressive showing in the Final Four and in the NCAA Championship, Jarrett Culver falls out of the top 3. Even though he showed flashes throughout this season at Texas Tech, there are still some real concerns about Culver’s game.

However, there are some real bright spots too. He has great size for the guard position and could be a great fit next to Trae Young in Atlanta. Culver is still probably more raw than a finished prospect, but has all the tools to be a great player at the next level.

Adding Culver could complete this team’s backcourt for the future, and throwing them along with John Collins, the future for the Atlanta Hawks doesn’t look all that terrible anymore.
