At No. 13, I’m fully under the belief that the Miami Heat should be looking for a player with a high ceiling (no matter what the bust potential may be), despite who they select with this pick. Miami doesn’t have much ammo to make a move up into the top 10, but could take a player like Romeo Langford, who has all the looks and potential to be a good player at the next level.

However, there’s no guarantee for a player like Langford, which is the biggest reason why he’s being selected in the latter portion of the lottery and not in the top 7. But that’s a risk the Heat should take, while also believing in this franchise’s ability to develop raw talent, which they have done so many times in the past.

Langford, at 6-foot-6, averaged 17 points and five rebounds on 45 percent shooting from the field. Langford certainly has some room to grow, especially when it comes to his efficiency and consistency. The Heat should believe in their system.
