Not only does Tyler Herro have one of the best names in the NBA Draft, but he’s a real player whose potential is somewhat of an unknown. However, one thing is for sure, he can shoot a consistent outside shot and that’s something that almost every team in the NBA could use in a quickly changing league.
The Indiana Pacers aren’t an exception, who were actually one of the better shooting teams this season. While they shot a good percentage, good for top 10 in the league, they also shot the second least amount of 3’s.
Perhaps that could suggest that they need more of those types of players, which they could solve by adding Herro at the draft. Herro averaged 14 points, five rebounds and three assists on 46 percent shooting from the field and 36 percent from 3-point range (on nearly 5 attempts per game).
