Mfiondu Kabengele declared for the NBA Draft and is likely a fringe first-round pick, but is an interesting prospect. During his sophomore season at Florida State, Kabengele averaged 13 points, six rebounds and nearly two blocks per game.
He also shot 50 percent from the field and 37 percent from 3-point range, which for his size will have NBA teams drooling with how the league has evolved over the last few seasons. Kabengele could be a good gamble for the Bucks to take at No. 30.
This is a team that has its core intact, and will hopefully keep it together during the summer, and doesn’t need all that improvement to be a real contenders – heck, they might already be there at this point in their progression. The Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the better teams in the NBA this season, and adding Kabengele would be a interesting move at the draft.
