Golden State Warriors not finished with the Los Angeles Clippers

A true Cinderella story. The Clippers weren’t expected to be anything this season with no All-Stars or true number one guy to lead them. Yet, this team has just forced a Game 6 against the greatest team ever assembled in the history of basketball.

It would be nearly unbelievable if they force a Game 7. Sixth man Lou Williams is the secret weapon for this Clippers team. Williams tends to go under the radar a lot but still produces for his team. If I’m the Golden State Warriors, I’m not worried just yet but I’d want to put an end to this as soon as possible as this Warriors team has been known to blow even some of the biggest leads. If the Clippers pull off an upset it’ll be one of the greatest stories in the history of the NBA.

If these teams continue their performances into the rest of the postseason, we are in for some truly outstanding basketball. Golden State remains the favorite to win it all so we’ll have to wait and see if anyone has what it takes to dethrone the Warriors. So far, though, the games have been tight, the series has been intense and there is still plenty of basketball still yet to come
