PJ Washington’s decision to remain at school for a second season was perhaps the smartest decision he could’ve made last season. He improved in almost every statistical category and even showed the ability to stretch a defense – something that simply wasn’t in his game just last year.

Washington is probably not going to be a superstar in the NBA but could find a nice home in Boston especially considering that this team’s future is really up in the air heading into this offseason. Will they gut their depth for a chance at Anthony Davis? Will Kyrie Irving be on the move?

This team has a lot of questions to answer this summer, but they could take Washington at 14 to help this team gain some insurance in the event that they make a big trade either at or shortly after the NBA Draft.
