The Portland Trail Blazers have had a fantastic season thus far, and are on the cusp of making it to the Western Conference Finals. With that said, there’s no question that this team suffered from the lack of depth after the loss of Jusuf Nurkic.
Luckily, they landed Enes Kanter who has played well for them. However, there’s no question that entering the draft, addressing the team’s depth should be a priority. That’s where adding a player like KZ Okpala makes sense.
Okpala has great size and averaged 17 points and six rebounds for Stanford this past season. He could come in and learn behind Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum and slowly make his way into the rotation down the line.
