Zion Williamson, F, Duke

WT: 280 lbs

Strengths: Unworldly athleticism, excellent shot blocker, playmaker on offense and defense, plays with a supreme motor

Pro Comparisons: Blake Griffin, Josh Smith

Best Team Fit: Phoenix Suns

Zion Williamson’s skills and abilities would play very well with a lot of teams in the NBA. Zion would benefit the best playing on a team that was already developed and playing in meaningful games. The style of game that Zion brings would be ideal playing alongside a great scorer or offensive talent.

Zion will undoubtedly be developing his offensive game during his first couple professional years, but on the Phoenix Suns team, he would be an amazing running mate for Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton.

Williamson could struggle to play in cities like New York, where the demand for production is high and the pressure to have an immediate impact might dwarf his potential. Zion would also struggle to fit with Chicago due to their abundance of forwards and wing players. But in Cleveland, Williamson would also be a good fit alongside Collin Sexton or fitting in Atlanta playing with Trae Young.
