NBA: How the playoffs and draft lottery have affected free agency

Kawhi Leonard
As far as Kawhi Leonard himself, the man is Fing impossible to get a read on. You’re better off trying to guess what your pet turtle is thinking when he spends 15 minutes walking one way, stops, and wanders into the corner.
On one hand, he’s essentially a Toronto legend with the iconic shot he nailed last Sunday. On the other, that game could haunt him come summer if he remembers that none of his teammates wanted the ball in a Game 7, forcing him into an out-of-character 39 shot attempts.
He was upfront about wanting to play in LA at the end of this season, and in all likelihood that isn’t going to change, but if the Raps are able to overcome the Bucks and push the Warriors in the Finals, he may slip up and catch feelings for the Raptors franchise after all. But if the Bucks bounce the Raps in less than six games? Feel free to pre-order a Clippers jersey in May.
