Five moves the Phoenix Suns should look to make in an attempt to expedite their rebuild back to relevancy

The Phoenix Suns have given Arizona a few great teams to root for over the past few decades. They had the great Kevin Johnson-led Suns teams of the 1980s, the great Charles Barkley-led Suns teams of the 1990s, and then the great Steve NashMike D’Antoni-led Suns of the2000s.

These teams were championship-level rosters that became legendary squads in their own right. Even though none of them would eventually lead to an NBA Championship, they brought intrigue and a certain level of pride to be a Suns’ fan.

In recent years though, the Suns have stumbled upon tough times and fortunes.

The Suns have not made the postseason since 2010, have not won a division title since 2007, and have not made an NBA Finals appearance since 1993. During the current Suns era, (over the past four seasons) the Suns have compiled a record of 87 wins with 241 losses. The Suns have even finished dead last in the Western Conference standings each of the past three seasons.

Believe it or not, though, the Suns might actually be on the right track. They have compiled some real talent over the past few years and could be an offseason move or two away from making some noise next year.

Here are five moves that the Suns should attempt to pull off this summer.
