Khris Middleton

Brogdon’s Bucks teammate Khris Middleton would bring the Clippers a little more star power in free agency. While it’s unlikely the Bucks let either player leave in free agency, if Los Angeles made a big offer to Middleton it would put the pressure on Milwaukee to decide if he is a cornerstone of the franchise moving forward.

Much like Brogdon, Middleton would help the Clippers on his own, but he is ideally a secondary signing to pair with one of the top guys on this list. It would allow Middleton to maintain a similar role to his with the Bucks, which has allowed him to be an all-star.

Offensively, Middleton doesn’t shoot at as high of a percentage as Brogdon, but he is able to knock down the open shot and create for himself in a pinch. He also gives good size and length on the defensive side of things. He would be able to guard both the shooting guard and small forward positions.

It’s unlikely Middleton signs with Los Angeles this offseason, but he would be a good back up plan if the Clippers are unable to sign either Kevin Durant or Kawhi Leonard in free agency.
