4. KD’s Dagger 3 (2018 NBA Finals, Game 3)

Since joining Golden State in 2016, despite all of the hate and criticism he has received, Kevin Durant helped put his name among the all-time greats by winning back-to-back titles and finals MVPs.

In the 2018 Finals, it was looking like Curry was in line for his first ever Finals MVP award. That was until Game 3 when KD went off for 44 points and hit the cold-blooded, dagger 3 to essentially seal the game down the stretch.

This shot was the crushing blow that essentially ended Cleveland’s season. They would fall down 0-3 and just couldn’t recover and fight back.
