This one seems to be a little less realistic than Orlando’s deal, partly due to Memphis being all in Ja Morant. Memphis also has Mike Conley, but it seems he is going to be traded out of Memphis.
It would derail Memphis’s rebuild, but they could compete for a Western Conference playoff spot. For Houston, it would get them a young piece that would fit nicely along Harden in Ja Morant. If Parsons and Bradley can stay healthy, it would also get Houston some defense, shooting, and depth.
It is a much better deal for Houston than it is Memphis, but it is certainly is an interesting trade for both sides nonetheless if they could find a middle ground.
