After an up and down season, the Oklahoma City Thunder need to improve their depth. And based on everything that has transpired over the last couple of weeks, the Thunder might not be that far off from competing in the Western Conference.
Mfiondu Kabengele at No. 21 would be a great play for OKC, who could use some added depth to their frontcourt. And Kabengele is an interesting prospect that has a decent ceiling even being drafted in the 20s.
He won’t be asked to contribute right away and could grow alongside this team’s core. Paul George, Russell Westbrook, and Steven Adams will carry the load, and Kabengele could kind of just fit in.
