Drawing him away from Philadelphia will be tough, but a big effort guy with a good enough touch from behind the arc – he’s a career 34 percent shooter from 3-point range – would be a huge addition for the Lakers bench.
He has been in the playoffs with the Sixers the past few years, and is a good guy to bring off the bench to lock up and run an offense. He has not had a huge payday, only has $4.4 million in career earnings in four years.
He may not be a huge addition, but the energy he brings off the bench might be worth signing him for $2-3 million for a year or two. He would excel in a backup point guard role for Los Angeles.
