Los Angeles Lakers – Make the Big 2 a Big 3

Laker Nation just made one of the biggest trades in recent years by giving away almost their entire young core for superstar Anthony Davis. Now he and LeBron James have a real chance at making the NBA Finals next season, but one thing is missing.

As history shows, King James works best when he has two All-Stars to back him up. Right now the closest they have to a third All-Star is Kyle Kuzma who is decent but not at that level just yet. If the Los Angeles Lakers are to cement themselves as championship contenders they’ll need one more star to cap it off.

Specifically in the backcourt where there is just about no one after Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram got shipped off to New Orleans. Perhaps a reuniting between LeBron and former teammate Kyrie Irving is in the mix. Only time will tell.
