Kristaps Porzingis (RFA)

Despite missing last season with a torn ACL, the 7-foot-3 unicorn has all of the upside in the world. Midway through the season, he was traded from the dysfunctional laughingstock that is the New York Knicks to the Dallas Mavericks, where he is sure to form a dynamic duo with Rookie of the Year winner Luka Doncic.

In other words, there is no reason why he wouldn’t stay in Dallas. The Mavericks are avowedly already planning to offer Porzingis a five-year max contract, and it looks like the Latvian will cash in before playing a game as a Maverick.

Considering he’s a restricted free agent, Dallas will likely match any offer coming his way.

Verdict: The Unicorn stays as a member of the Dallas Mavericks.
