The 2019 NBA offseason was full of surprises, included a changing of the reins and the rise of some unexpected powers. All in all, it’s safe to say that this summer is one that will continue to have an impact on the Association as we know it for years to come.
The best part of it all is the fact that it might not even be over, as there are reports that the Oklahoma City Thunder could be on the verge of trading Russell Westbrook.
But even if we don’t get a Russ deal soon, there is plenty left that has already happened for us to chew on. From the Los Angeles Lakers landing Anthony Davis to the Brooklyn Nets landing two of the five biggest free agents on the market, the 2019 offseason will ultimately go down as one for the record books.
