Exploring the five teams that have improved the most after a crazy 2019 NBA offseason

Just when you think this insane, crazy NBA offseason is going to slow down a little, Russell Westbrook gets traded to the Houston Rockets.

Oh, and that was just a few days after Kawhi Leonard shocked the world by picking the Los Angeles Clippers over the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency. This is by far the most exciting, fast-paced NBA offseason that I have ever witnessed.

Every day you turn on the TV, just to be shocked/excited/upset over the news of a player signing or being traded to a different team. By the time I am done with this article Chris Paul might be moving on to his third team this year.

So with the whirlwind that has been the NBA offseason, there has to be winners. What team has improved the most for next year’s season? Who will be exchanging their team’s spending spree into wins on the basketball court? Only time will tell, but here are the five most improved teams after this crazy NBA offseason.
