2. Philadelphia 76ers

Let’s start with the negative, the Philadelphia 76ers lost two starters in Jimmy Butler and J.J. Redick and they will both be missed tremendously. But they rebounded (pun intended) fantastically by signing Al Horford and trading for Josh Richardson.

With the sharp shooting skills of Horford and Richardson, this allows the 76ers to spread the court for Ben Simmons to get to the basket and for Joel Embiid to post up with single coverage.  Re-signing Tobias Harris was key for the 76ers as he is the 76ers do-everything guy.

Could this be the year, after years of suffering, that the 76ers return to the NBA Finals? The stars could be lining up.
