Breaking down both Los Angeles teams in the NBA after they dramatically changed the look of their rosters during the summer

As this summer’s free agency period comes to an end, there’s no question that the two teams that have stolen the free agency show in July – besides Brooklyn, of course – has been the two L.A. teams: the Los Angeles Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Clippers traded for Paul George and signed Kawhi Leonard, while the Lakers struck out on the Kawhi sweepstakes but managed to add quality pieces to surround Anthony Davis and LeBron James. As a result, many are debating which of the two will have a slight edge.

Both organizations are likely not done retooling and adding players, especially with there being buyout candidates available soon, but if the season were to start today, here are the list of flaws and strengths of each Los Angeles roster.
