Boston Celtics

Kemba Walker 22 points per game (plus 4 rebounds/5.5 assists)

Jayson Tatum 20 points per game (plus 6 rebounds/2 assists)

This is the year Jayson Tatum becomes a deadly scorer for the Boston Celtics, especially in the minutes he is playing without a seasoned, clutch All-Star point guard – to catch you up, if you even need it, Kyrie Irving is now a member of the Nets (which we’ll get to in a minute).

While this may be the season in which he breaks out in terms of scoring, this isn’t the season he becomes a good facilitator. Not yet. However, with the amount of talent that he has it could be on the horizon.

Brooklyn Nets

Kyrie Irving 24 points per game (plus 4 rebounds/6 assists)

Caris LeVert 18 points per game (plus 7 rebounds/4.5 assists)

During last season’s inspiring playoff series against Philadelphia, Caris LeVert averaged an efficient 21 points per game, reminding fans what a stud he was before his ankle injury in November, and Spencer Dinwiddie has the makings of a 6th Man of the Year. As far as his backcourt mate, Kyrie Irving’s talent is undeniable, and despite the emotional rollercoaster he brings into locker rooms, his stats have been remarkably consistent for years.

Kyrie is one of the NBA’s best finishers and consistently gets it done from beyond the arc. If nothing else, expect Kyrie to light up the scoreboard this season.
