4. Donovan Mitchell, Utah Jazz

Stats: 23.8 points, 4.2 assists, 4.1 rebounds

Donovan Mitchell is one of the most exciting young players in the league. He can do it all on the basketball court and has become a fan favorite in Utah. Mitchell isn’t just a good athlete, he is arguably one of the best athletes in the NBA.

He can absolutely fly, moves his feet extremely well on defense, can score from all three phases on offense, and is a great passer. The Utah Jazz is one of the favorites in the loaded Western Conference this year and if they do make a deep playoff run, look for Mitchell to lead them back to the NBA Finals.

3. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Stats: 26.6 points, 6.8 assists, 4.1 rebounds

Some may argue with putting Devin Booker this high on the list. But seriously, do yourself a favor, and watch the Phoenix Suns play next year. Booker is an absolute joy to watch play basketball, as he is one of the best scorers in the NBA. If he was putting up the same numbers that he puts up in LA, Boston, or New York, Booker would be a household name.

Even still, Booker is still playing at an incredible level and between him and last year rookie Deandre Ayton, the future is bright for the Suns. If the Suns can make the right decisions building around these two young dynamic players, the Suns might just be a problem for the rest of the league in the next few years.
