The Toronto Raptors will finish top-4 in the East

It feels like the reigning NBA champs have been written off completely after losing Kawhi Leonard in free agency.

But if you go down the roster, you can easily come to the conclusion that Toronto still has a pretty good team going into the 2019-20 NBA season.

Pascal Siakam is set to take another leap this year after being named the Most Improved Player a year ago.

Kyle Lowry is still a fringe all-star despite slowing down somewhat in recent seasons.

Marc Gasol is still capable of being a dependable two-way starting centre.

Nick Nurse is still there. Serge Ibaka and Fred Van Fleet are still there.

This team, while not a title contender by any stretch of the imagination, is still nothing to sneeze at and with the lack of depth in the Eastern Conference, a top-4 finish is certainly achievable for the Raps.
