Breakout candidate: Royce O’Neale

With the new-look Utah Jazz, there’s probably only one name in the starting lineup that you’re not familiar with. He also happens to be the player that could be on the verge of a breakout season. His name is Royce O’Neale who will enter the 2019-20 NBA season as the starting small forward for the team.

One of the biggest reasons why I believe O’Neale could be in line for a breakout season is because of all the talent that is littered all over this roster. In a star-studded starting 5, led by Mike Conley, Donovan Mitchell, and Rudy Gobert, O’Neale will be able to just fit in and produce while he’s at it.

Teams won’t be game-planning for him and he’ll be in a great opportunity to take advantage of what his teammates give him on the offensive end.
