10. Golden State Warriors

Last season the Golden State Warriors suffered defeat in six games to the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Finals. Not only did the Warriors lose their shot at the title, but they also lost superstar Kevin Durant in free agency and sharpshooter Klay Thompson to an ACL injury.

This season Steph Curry will be tasked with the duty of carrying this team along with, recently acquired, D’Angelo Russell and Draymond Green into the postseason. Even after losing KD and Thompson, this team still remains formidable, as they possess a strong nucleus with a trio of All-Stars.

Steph Curry is going to be in store for a monster year. Many around the league are counting out the Warriors prematurely. Let me remind you that prior to Durant’s arrival in Golden State, Curry had just come off a unanimous MVP season – averaging 30.1 points and 6.7 assists. Curry will be given the same freedoms in 2019-20.

Steve Kerr and the Warriors will look to keep their dynasty alive. Klay Thompson is rumored to return around All-Star Break. Therefore, when the playoffs come around the Splash Bros will be reunited.

Watch out for this team in the playoffs.
