Emeka Okafor

Emeka Okafor was the second overall pick by the Charlotte Bobcats in the 2004 NBA draft. While Dwight Howard was the top pick in the draft many believed that Okafor was the top guy in the draft.

Okafor would average 15.1 points, 10.9 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks as a rookie. He would win Rookie of the Year, however, that was the best he would ever be in the NBA. He never showed any improvement following his rookie season. He was a solid player for a good amount of time, however, he never was the franchise player he was viewed as coming out of college.

Okafor would see his career on the Bobcats end shortly after being drafted and would spend a few years on the New Orleans Hornets, as well as one year with the Washington Wizards before falling out of the league altogether.
