4. Bam Adebayo, Miami Heat
After receiving more responsibility from the Heat after the Hassan Whiteside trade, Bam Adebayo stepped up this season. Adebayo is now averaging 14.3 points, 10.4 rebounds and 4 assists per game, the Heat are third in the Eastern Conference, and if Jimmy Butler has anything to say about it, he’s working on becoming a shooter. Adebayo was cut from Team USA this summer, but it worked out for the best, his regular-season play has been outstanding, and he has become a very reliable NBA center.
3. De’Aaron Fox, Sacramento Kings
Fox is beginning to show the league that he is going to be a star. Fox has blazing speed, incredible finishing around the rim, and is emerging as a premier floor general. Any lacking part of Fox’s game is being improved as well, he’s getting to the line more frequently, taking more threes, and is becoming more reliable on defense. Fox is exciting to watch and should be making his way to an All-Star game sooner than later.
