Similar to the 2016 draft, the 2010 draft is incredibly top-heavy. The best players to come out of this draft include John Wall (1st), DeMarcus Cousins (5th), Gordon Hayward (9th) and Paul George (10th). And all of the guys have unfortunately had massive injuries in the last few years which have really hindered all of their careers.

As mentioned, the top-end talent in this draft is incredible and the depth is quite the opposite. The only other solid NBA players to come out of this draft are Greg Monroe (7th), Avery Bradley (19th), Hassan Whiteside (33rd), Nemanja Bjelica (35th) and Lance Stephenson (40th). These guys all had decent NBA careers but none of them lasted all that long.

In addition to the lack of depth, this draft had some pretty bad picks early in the draft such as Evan Turner (2nd), Wesley Johnson (4th), Ekpe Udoh (6th), Cole Aldrich (11th) and Xavier Henry (12th). These guys all had average to below average NBA careers which isn’t ideal when you’re selected in the lottery.

With all its flaws this draft could potentially have 3-4 hall of famers to come out of it which, regardless of the rest of the draft, is pretty impressive.
