After a huge win over the Los Angeles Lakers, Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks prove they’re the team to beat in our latest NBA Power Rankings

In a clash between the NBA’s two titans, the Milwaukee Bucks emerged as victors over the Los Angeles Lakers. Roughly a third into the 2019-20 NBA season, it’s looking more and more like Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks are the team to beat in the NBA this year.

How does the rest of the league stack up? We explore that and more in our latest NBA Power Rankings.

30. Golden State Warriors (6-24)

Losers of eight of their last 10 games, the Golden State Warriors are now ranked dead-last in our NBA Power Rankings. If you’ve paid any sort of attention to the start of the season, however, this shouldn’t come as surprising. The Warriors have been stung by the injury bug and appear destined to finish with a top 3 pick in this year’s NBA Draft.

It’s looking less and less likely that we’ll see Stephen Curry this season and it perhaps might be better in the long run for this franchise. The Warriors are bad, but they’ll be back.

29. Atlanta Hawks (6-24)

The Atlanta Hawks haven’t been the team that everyone believed they’d be before the season started, but perhaps that has a lot to due to do the absence of John Collins who was suspended for 25 games in October. He’s expected to return from suspension, and it’s going to be interesting to see how the Hawks look like once he does return.

Trae Young has picked up where he left off last season, and then some, and looks every bit like the star that many projected him to be coming out of college. Has Young had the season – and jump – that Luka Doncic has had? No, but that doesn’t mean that Young hasn’t been sensational in his own right.
