24. Memphis Grizzlies (11-19)

Led by Ja Morant, who many expect to win the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award, and Jaren Jackson Jr., the Memphis Grizzlies appear to be in good hands moving forward. They are fresh off upending the Heat earlier this week in which they showcased just how much young talent that this team presents.

If the Grizzlies continue to make the right moves and develop their young players, there’s no question this team will be on the rise sooner rather than later.

23. Minnesota Timberwolves (10-18)

After a curious fast start to the season, in which the Minnesota Timberwolves looked like a team that was finally beginning to click. Even the Andrew Wiggins naysayers were beginning to come around as it appeared that the young talent had finally righted the ship. Although, that has not been the case for the Wolves over the last couple of weeks.

The Wolves have lost their last 10 games and are looking more and more like the disappointment we’ve come to know. They’ve faded so much that they could be big sellers at the NBA Trade Deadline if their fortunes don’t turn around quickly.
