22. Chicago Bulls (12-19)

The Chicago Bulls have been somewhat frustrating this season, as they’ll look impressive one night and then look like they don’t even deserve to be playing at an NBA level the next. For example, the team knocked off the Clippers last week – one day after losing to the Hornets by 10 while only scoring 73 points.

The Bulls are confusing but are certainly loaded with talent.

21. Phoenix Suns (11-18)

The Phoenix Suns have lost each of their last six games are really struggling to right the ship at the moment. The arm injury to Devin Booker, which cost him three games, had plenty to do with the team’s recent struggles, but now that he’s back the hope is that the team could begin to move closer to .500 as we inch closer to the NBA Trade Deadline.

As always, the Suns are a team to monitor. You just never know what the Suns will do on any given season in terms of player movement.
