Orlando Magic
The Orlando Magic may be sitting in the top 8 of the Eastern Conference, but after making a return to the playoffs last season the thought was that the team would take another step this season and possibly punch their ticket as a top 6 team in the East. Thus far, they’ve been everything but that this season.
Even though Markelle Fultz has had a solid start to the season, there’s no question that the Magic could use some help in the backcourt. Adding a player like Jrue Holiday could help alleviate the pressure on Fultz and could bring some added offensive punch that the team has desperately missed this season.
Jrue Holiday could come in and start next to Evan Fournier (or even move his contract, if they’d like) and the team wouldn’t miss a beat. In fact, adding a player like Holiday could adjust this team’s ceiling for the remainder of the year.
