This past summer, many NBA organizations decided to make significant roster changes to attempt to improve their roster, but which moves have really worked?

We are now roughly 30 games into the season and though the NBA has proven to be unpredictable at times, for all of the talks about parity in the aftermath of the Golden State Warriors‘ dynasty crumbling right before our eyes this past summer, that vision has quickly been dismissed.

As of today, several NBA teams that were expected to take another step in their development, or be in the hunt to finally establish themselves as a contender, have been rather disappointing. That being said, there have also been teams that have continued to have their league-wide perceptions remain unchanged.

Reflecting on the roster decisions that a handful of organizations have made, here are eight of the best and worst moves of the 2019 offseason in hindsight.
