Philadelphia 76ers: Shift the narrative of Ben Simmons

I’m not even a Philadelphia 76ers fan and can’t help but feel annoyed about the narrative surrounding Ben Simmons. If there’s one thing I want most in 2020, it’s to change the narrative around this team and Simmons.

And the only real way to do that is to win. Winning cures all and Ben Simmons could prove the naysayers wrong by simply proving that he can be the aggressive leader that the Sixers have missed with the exit of Jimmy Butler.

Phoenix Suns: Find a legit No. 2 for Devin Booker

Through the first 30, or so, games of the season, there’s no question that Devin Booker is one of the better wings in this league. He’s an excellent scorer and has improved enough on the defensive end where you could throw his name in with other big-time stars.

However, this team has struggled to find a legit No. 2 to help lift the Phoenix Suns from the bottom of the Western Conference standings. If nothing else, that should be the team’s top goal for the 2020 calendar year.
