8. Toronto Raptors (22-10)

While the Toronto Raptors have been impressive considering what the team lost during the offseason, I can’t help but think that this team is still a piece away from being a real player in the Eastern Conference come playoff time.

Pascal Siakam has been sensational this season, but they’re going to need more firepower once the playoffs come around if they’re going to pull off an upset in the first round of the playoffs.

7. Philadelphia 76ers (23-12)

Through the first 35 games of the season, the Philadelphia 76ers have been one of the most frustrating teams in the Eastern Conference. They have all the talent in the world, and might be the most talented team from top to bottom, but haven’t been able to put it all together this season.

This team has the feeling of one of those “what if” teams we remember years down the line. I hope I’m wrong, but the Sixers feel like they’re going to be a disappointment in the playoffs.
