26. Washington Wizards (9-22)

The Washington Wizards, recently, have been marred by injuries. They’ve seen Bradley Beal, Rui Hachimura and Davis Bertans, three of their key contributors this season, all miss time. And for a team that isn’t as deep in talent as some of the other teams in the East, it’s never a good sign.

Still, the Wizards have hope, at the very least, in the fact that they are hoping this will all begin to click once again next season. Here’s hoping to more health in 2020 for the Wizards.

25. Phoenix Suns (12-20)

The Phoenix Suns‘ downward spiral continued once again this past week, as the team has now lost nine-straight games. For as good of a start that the Suns experienced to begin the year, the last couple of weeks of disappointment has to be considered a downer.

Just when it appeared that the Suns were going to be a competitive team this season, they had a cruel crash back down to reality. At this point, you have to feel for Suns fans.
