24. New Orleans Pelicans (10-23)

After beginning the season as one of the most exciting young teams in the NBA, the New Orleans Pelicans are now considered one of the biggest disappointments. While a large part of that is due to Zion Williamson still sidelined with an injury, this team has flatly left a lot to be desired.

At this point, it’s probably best that the Pelicans don’t even bring Zion back this season. There’s no point in rushing his rehab if he isn’t close right now.

23. Minnesota Timberwolves (11-20)

After a hot start from Andrew Wiggins to start the season, he’s been quite a dud over the last few weeks. And it has resulted in the Minnesota Timberwolves falling off their .500 pace to begin the season. Karl-Anthony Towns falling in and out of the lineup recently hasn’t helped either.

The Wolves are facing a crossroad and I’m not sure this front office knows what to do. Perhaps blowing it up is something that should be considered.
