18. Charlotte Hornets (13-21)

The Charlotte Hornets have one of the best feelgood stories going in the NBA, with the development of Devonte’ Graham, who has has been a pleasant surprise for the team this season. He’s powering their better-than-expected start and is a big reason why this team is even in shouting distance of landing a playoff spot this season.

With Terry Rozier and Graham on the rise, the Hornets have a nice young 1-2 duo that they can continue to build around.

17. Sacramento Kings (12-20)

The season is exactly going as expected for the Sacramento Kings. They haven’t taken a step forward in their progression and have been nursing injuries for the better part of this season, which hasn’t exactly been helpful.

Now, it appears that Dewayne Dedmon wants to be traded. Not ideal. Plus, I’m not even sure there would be any type of market for Dedmon.
