Now that a star has emerged on the trade block, it makes even more sense for the Celtics to take a chance.

The Celtics have emerged as a real threat to win the East and could be a legit starting center away from becoming a true contender to win the NBA title. If Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum continue to blossom as they’ve done so far this season, there’s really no true ceiling for this team heading into the playoffs.

Adding Andre Drummond could give this team an added presence in the middle that they really haven’t had since Kevin Garnett was patrolling the paint. Plus, he’s young and will continue to grow with Tatum and Brown. Depending on what it would cost, Drummond could make a lot of sense for this team.
