NBA Trade Rumors: 5 possible landing spots for Andre Drummond

The Dallas Mavericks seem like an ideal potential landing spot for Andre Drummond. The Mavericks has been one of the biggest surprises in the Western Conference this season and adding Drummond to the core of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis seems like a no-brainer on paper.

Drummond would give Kristaps protection at the center position, and would immediately make this team’s defense better. He gives the team another easy bucket scoring option, and arguably the best rebounder and rim-protector. He also would add depth to this already deep team.

The Mavericks would immediately jump for just a potential playoff team to a squad that could potentially make some noise in the playoffs. Perhaps they still won’t be on the same level of the likes of the Los Angeles Lakers or LA Clippers, but the Mavericks would be in that second tier of potential playoff spoilers.

Considering that the trio of Doncic, Kristaps, and Drummond would only get better as time passes, it might just be a worthwhile gamble for the Dallas Mavericks.
