Houston Rockets

Change needed: Add a defensive wing

The Rockets have struggled to fill the void left by Trevor Ariza a couple of years ago and they could still use a 3-and-D wing such as Robert Covington, Andre Iguodala or Ariza himself.

Indiana Pacers

Change needed: Victor Oladipo back

One of many teams that simply need health. The Pacers have been awesome without Oladipo and when he returns they could be a force in the somewhat open Eastern Conference.

LA Clippers

Change needed: Adding a starting center

Ivica Zubac has been decent but the Clippers could benefit from a defensive-minded starting center to play around 20 minutes a night when Montrezl Harrell rests. A guy like Nerlens Noel or even Steven Adams could be a significant upgrade for the Clippers.

Los Angeles Lakers

Change needed: A backup point guard

The Lakers have been rumored to sign Darren Collison out of retirement but if that doesn’t work out they could always look at guys in a trade. However, a backup point guard may be hard to come by in a trade, a possible KCP for Satoransky trade could be in the cards.

Memphis Grizzlies

Change needed: Free Andre Iguodala

A lot of teams are in desperate need of a veteran 3-and-D wing such as Iguodala. The Grizzlies should have no problem getting a decent return for a guy who’s market is so vast.
