Oklahoma City Thunder

Change needed: Trade all valuable veterans

Danilo Gallinari, Steven Adams, Dennis Schroder, Chris Paul, trade them all. Continue to stockpile assets and build the future around Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Forget the playoffs this year.

Orlando Magic

Change needed: Trade Aaron Gordon

This has been rumored for what feels like forever. Gordon’s value isn’t getting any higher and the most the Magic will ever get for him was probably last season. He is on a good contract that is declining. The Magic could get a solid return for Gordon now and then continue to build around Jonathan Isaac and company.

Philadelphia 76ers

Change needed: Need to add shooters

The Sixers just need to acquire as many shooters as possible. They need as many guys who can constantly put the ball in the basket as possible. Ironically, the most ideal candidate for the Sixers would be JJ Redick.

Phoenix Suns

Change needed: Trade Aron Baynes

There is a lot of contenders that could use a defensive center like Aron Baynes such as the Clippers and, ironically, the Celtics. The Suns could get pretty good value for Baynes right now and then they could shift back to building around Booker and Ayton.

Portland Trail Blazers

Change needed: Trade for Kevin Love

This trade is going to happen its just a matter of time. Love wants the Blazers and the Blazers want Love. Kent Bazemore, Rodney Hood and a 1st/2nd round pick for Kevin Love. Done deal. Make it happen Portland.
