The Sixers have an All-NBA big man in Joel Embid and the long, lean backcourt of Ben Simmons and Josh Richardson to challenge the size and versatility of the Milwaukee Bucks from the inside and out. The defensive switchability is there as well as the offensive continuity from a possible two-man game of Embid with Richardson or Simmons with Richardson.

The issue currently lies in the coaching adjustments of Brett Brown in a playoff series and the offensive divide Embid and Simmons present as front-court players who dominate the paint but have inconsistent floor spacing shot-ability or no spacing ability what to speak of between them.

Yet, they match up as one of the better oppositions vs. the Bucks when Embid is healthy because of his offense and defensive dynamics. The dilemma is, will they be there to see Milwaukee in the end with a healthy Embid or with Embid at all.
