Taking a closer look at eight big questions that remain as NBA teams prepare for the push for the playoffs

Now that the NBA All-Star break has come and gone, the push for the playoffs is all that remains for many NBA teams. For the others, perhaps the final 20-some odd games remaining on their schedule could be considered the push for the No. 1 draft pick.

Nevertheless, the real meat of the NBA’s regular season is about to tip-off as soon as games resume in the next day or two. For the teams vying for the playoffs, the next few weeks will be all about positioning. Save for the final two spots in each conference, we have a general idea of which teams will be in the playoffs.

So as the race for positioning (and the final two spots in both the West and East) tips off, we’ll take a look at eight big questions that will be answered over the next couple of months in the stretch run and in the playoffs.
