Will the Milwaukee Bucks get to 70 wins?

The Milwaukee Bucks have been the most complete and dominating team in the NBA this season. At this point, I’m not sure that it can be disputed. The Bucks are close to a 70-win pace and get the benefit of an Eastern Conference schedule. Giannis Antetokounmpo might be on his way to winning a second NBA MVP award and Mike Budenholzer continues to do an exceptional job with the roster that he’s been given.

Even after losing Malcolm Brogdon, the Bucks are somehow better than last season. I’m not sure that was even remotely possible after the summer, but here we are. The Bucks are 46-8 at this point in the season and if they can go 24-4 the rest of the way, they should hit the 70-win mark, at least.

With the way this team has been dominating its opponents – they currently have a league-best 11.5 Net Rating – there’s no telling how many wins the Bucks will finish within the regular season. At this point, I’d say yes, they’ll hit 70. And might get to 72.
