The Bucks will not make the NBA Finals

This is probably one of the more “out there” predictions on this list. The Milwaukee Bucks and Giannis Antetokounmpo have been steamrolling every single opponent on their schedule this season no matter what conference they are from.

Giannis has looked arguably unstoppable at times throughout the season, and he is on pace for another MVP trophy. The East is better than it has been in the past few years, but it still pales in comparison to the West making the Bucks seem like a sure-fire pick to make it to the NBA Finals.

If you think I am crazy to think the Bucks will not make the Finals go watch last season’s Eastern Conference Finals or the last quarter of this year’s All-Star game. Giannis is an incredible player, but he has shown in big moments that he can be game-planned against. In a seven-game series during the playoffs, teams get to know the opponent very well, making the opponent know how to better stop the Greek Freak.

That means that the rest of the Bucks lineup would most likely have to show up in great fashion in order to make the NBA Finals. The Bucks have other great players on their roster, however, I’m not sure that the talent level is high enough to help propel a team to the finals. Giannis will have to put up prime LeBron James type games in order to take this team to the Finals.
