Exploring the top five shooting prospects that are expected to enter the 2020 NBA Draft.

The 2020 NBA Draft is still a few months away, assuming it remains on schedule amid the recent COVID-19 concerns, but it never hurts to look at some of the best young prospects in the country this past season in the NCAA.

Each one of these shooters has been lights out from deep all season long. In a league where 3-point shots are all the rage, it is time to talk about the best 3-point shooters in the country that are expected to enter the 2020 NBA Draft.

Just missing the cut:

  • Dru Kuxhausen (McNeese State, Fr.) – 14.8 PPG, 45.2 FG%, 45.8 3P FG%
  • John Petty (Alabama, Jr.) – 14.5 points per game, 46.2 FG%, 44.0% 3P FG%
  • Nick Sherod (Richmond, Sr.) – 12.7 PPG, 45.4 FG%, 43.8 3P FG%
  • Terell Gomez (CSNU, Jr) – 19.8 PPG, 43.9 FG%, 44.0 3P FG%

With the honorable mentions out of the way, let’s get to the best pure shooters expected in this year’s draft class. And we begin with a senior that isn’t getting that much attention.
