If there’s one program that knows how to find some of the best shooters in the country, it’s Villanova. And Jay Wright has done it again with Sadiq Bey, a 6-foot-8 sophomore forward that is expected to be a first-round pick should he declare for the 2020 NBA Draft.

Bey was sensational for Villanova this past season, averaging 16 points on 48 percent shooting from the field and 45 percent from 3-point range. It’s unclear if he’ll declare for the 2020 NBA Draft, but he could see his value surge in the coming months during pre-draft workouts and combines (should they remain as scheduled).

Bey was tops in the Big East in 3-point percentage and has made 79 long balls during the conference season alone. The young sophomore has led the Wildcats and would clearly take the next step if he came back for a junior season.
