9. Obi Toppin, F, Dayton

Best fit: Washington Wizards

Assuming that the Washington Wizards are going to keep the status quo heading into next season, bringing back both John Wall and Bradley Beal, the team will be in the market for a potential third star to round out a potential solid three. Projected to select in the top 10, there will be an outside chance that the Wizards could land a future star.

One potential fit for the team is Obi Toppin, a 6-foot-9 forward with tremendous upside. During his sophomore season at Dayton, Toppin averaged 20 points, eight rebounds, and two assists per game. He shot 63 percent from the field and 39 percent from 3-point range, an ability that he really improved in the last year.

Toppin has some work to do on his on-ball skills but is one of the most athletic players in this draft class. He’d be a great fit for any team but still needs some work to craft out his potential at the next level.
